Zucchini Bread

2002 Cowley Cookbook
3 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup oil (not quite full)
2 1/2 cups zucchini pulp (cooked)
3 1/2 cups flour (plus 2 T flour if needed)
2 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp cloves
chopped nuts
Stir together. Bake at 375 or 400 degrees. Check at 1 hour, 20 minutes for large loaf. Makes 4 small loaves or 2 large loaves. (Given me from Maurice Strom.)
