Dressing:
3/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
2 t chopped green pepper
1 T poppy seed
1 tsp dry mustard
Mix and shake well. Greens:
lettuce
red leaf lettuce
red onion
mushrooms
grated cheese
1/2 lb. bacon, crumbled
