Bean Salad

2002 Cowley Cookbook

1 (15 oz) can green beans, drained
1 (15 oz) can wax beans, drained
1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained
1 cup chopped celery
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 small onion, chopped or some cauliflower

Dressing:
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup salad oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Combine all ingredients.  Heat dressing on stove util sugar dissolves. Chill, serve.
