Apricot Cake

Mix together:

4 eggs
1 quart apricots
1 1/2 cups oil
2 tsp cloves
2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups sugar
1 cup nuts
4 tsp soda dissolved in 1/2 cup water
4 cups flour

Pour into two 9 x 13″ pans and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

8 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup Eagle Brand
1 large can evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon

Separate eggs.  Combine yolks, sugar and flavoring.  Stir.  Beat egg whites until stiff.  Stir egg yolk mixture into whites.  Pour into icre cream freezer.  Finish filling to the mark with milks.

1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp soda
2 tsp baking powder
5 cups flour

Roll into balls and press with glass dipped in a sugar-cinnamon mixgture.  Bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes.
