2002 Cowley Cookbook

Sift together: 

3 1/2 cups flour

3 cups sugar

2 tsp baking soda

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

Beat together: 

4 eggs

1 cup oil

3/4 cup water

Add: 

2 cups (or 15 oz) pumpkin

2 cups (or less) chocolate chips

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes to 1 hour.
