Carrot Cake

Contributor:  Anna Lisa WelchCC Original 1/2 cup cooking oil2 cups sugar2 tsp vanilla2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp salt4 eggs2 1/4 cups flour2 tsp soda2 cups carrots8 oz. crushed pineapple2 cups coconut1 cup chopped nuts Combine oil, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.  Blend well.  Add eggs.  Add 

Frosted Salad

Contributor:  Anna Lisa WelchCC Original 2 small pkg lemon jello2 cups boiling water2 cups 7-Up1 medium can pineapple, drained (save juice)1-2 bananas Grind and mash fruit.  Dissolve jello in water and cool.  Add 7-Up and chill, then add fruit.  Top and chill. Topping: 1/2 cup
